Since 1999, we have been proud to be the official and sole distributor of VAUDE outdoor equipment in Mongolia. In 2005, we added MEINDL, KATADYN, OPINEL, MAGELLAN, WERO and ZEBEC to our list, when we opened The Seven Summits Outdoor Equipment Shop in Ulaanbaatar.
VAUDE is the leading German brand of outdoor equipment, supplying anything an expedition into the Mongolian steppe might need. VAUDE's range includes: tents/ rucksacks/ sleeping bags/ stoves and even dehydrated food (if you can't face boiled mutton anymore) / cycling accessories/ waterproof bags (ideal for your pack horses)/ technical climbing and mountaineering ware/ full range of outdoor clothing/ torches. At The Seven Summits we stock other leading European brands of outdoor equipment and footwear specialists like Meindl, Wero Medical, Opinel, Markill, Lucky and GoSystems Stoves, as well as Zebec from South Korea and Magellan and Starlight from the USA. You will also find various sized screw top camping gas cartridges which fit several models of stove.

You also have the option of renting equipment for your expedition, if you don't fancy buying new or bringing out your own. We have a large stock of high quality, German designed outdoor gear for hire to our clients and independent expeditions: 3 season sleeping bags, camping mats, tents, gas stoves, climbing equipment, cooking utensils, water filters, pack horse bags.
